ADHD or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can lead to several problems. It may affect the learning ability of your child as well as his or her relationship with others. *** Interrupts others while they are talking with another person or playing games.
*** Easily gives in to anger
*** Do not have the patience to solve a problem
Regardless if your child’s symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity are because of ADHD or not, it is better to do something about it, like having it checked by your child's pediatrician, because they can lead to many problems if these behaviors are not treated.
Your children’s education and social life will be affected because of the adhd symptoms in children. They will find it hard to concentrate in the class room, they will have a hard time to get along with others, let alone have friends. They can get into trouble all the time. Because of these adhd symptoms in children, they will feel frustrated that can lead to low self-esteem.
The first thing that you should do is get your child into therapy.
Along with therapy, parents can think of some effective strategies to correct their child’s behavior. Give them better diet and more structured activities. Minimize distractions in your home. Give them a clearer and more consistent communication, reward them if they did something good, or give proper punishment to their wrong behavior. Show them love, support, and encouragement.
